Track client hardware and/or contractual obligations in one spot

The Contract Manager tracks obligations that a center (especially a commercial training center) might have to track AED electrode/battery expiration or service first aid kits. It also can be configured to track contracts that include both training and hardware maintenance or equipment inspection.

Contract Manager creates equipment profiles. You can set up hardware items (such as an AED) with info such as location and serial number. You can allot that item parts (such as electrodes, pediatric electrodes, batteries, accessory kits, etc). You can also give those parts expiration dates if applicable.

it also allows you go generate inspection lists for a device. You can print off an inspection list that allows you to go to a site and have more-or-less everything necessary to inspect the unit at hand, such as Client Name, Address, Contact Person, Phone Number, and quantity and expiration date of each part. You can also log each inspection under ‘Services’.

Contract Manager’s Database is also searchable. You can look for expiring contracts, expiring parts, or services that are due such as inspections and training courses. This will allow you to search the database for expired or near-expiring items and replace them in a timely fashion or fill an order for those items for your client. This is ideal for coordinating Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) programs.

Print field-ready inspection sheets for the parts in question
