Let your affiliated instructors submit their course data to your on-line and save yourself the data entry
Instructors affiliated with
your training center can now enter course data on your internet portal to notify
you of classes they have taught. They can enter the course type, date(s),
instructors, and the particulars of the students who attended the program.
On your next synchronization, the data will syncronize down to your desktop copy
of TCM where you will be ready to generate certificates without data entry.
How it works:

Instructors log on to your WebPortal and enter their course data, including course type, location, times, instructor(s), and student particulars |
On your next
syncronization, the course data is brought into TCM where you can
review it and approve it for addition into your TCM course database |
You can now print rosters and certificates just like any other TCM courses, without any data entry |
