Let your per-diem staff self-schedule for teaching assignments without calling the office

Instructor self-scheduling is one of the coolest features of WebSerices. It allows instructors to login to your web portal, look at a calendar, and schedule themselves for classes. They receive immediate email confirmation of the class site including address, date, and start/end times.

How it works:

Instructors log on to your WebPortal and look at the calendar. They can only register for courses that you have identified as needing staff.

Instructors select their assignments and register themselves for them.

They receive an instant email confirmation of their assignment, and you get notice that they scheduled themselves to teach a course
