Registrations
Take registrations online 24 hours a day and have
them import automatically into TCM
The on-line student
registration utility in the Training Center Suite package allows Training
Centers to synchronize registrations from the internet directly into
Training Center Manager. Classes
booked in TCM and marked open-to-the-public automatically syncronize to
the wesite and are ready to take registrations. Students information is
sent down to the desktop TCM as they register. This allows students
to be databased in the system without ANY data entry by the Training
Center at all.
How
it works:

Students register into the registration utility. An automatic email is sent to the student confirming the date/time/location of the class and to the Training Center advising of the registration. |
'Data
is syncronized to the Training Center database with one
mouse-click with the Synchronization Tool. Student
information is now in the database. |
After
the class, the Training Center deletes the students who did not
attend, marks students "PASS" or "FAIL", and
is ready to generate certificates |
