Quality Manager

The easiest way to implement and show evidence of an aggressive quality assurance plan

The Quality Manager tracks feedback from student course evaluations. When you enter the course information after the program, you can enter criteria from the course evaluations into Quality Manager. The software will compile information on the course with aggregate percentage scores for the class, complied comments from all the students, and instructor-specific comments (“Bob was really great!”). A printed copy of the course report can be attached to the course records for accountability

Better yet, Quality Manager allows you to perform analysis on the instructors themselves. When instructors are due to recertify, an instructor-specific report can be generated with an average of their scores for all fields for all the courses they’ve taught, plus a list of instructor-specific comments for all the courses in the search. This report can be used to demonstrate to an accrediting body that close accountability of instructor evaluations is being performed.

Enter the course evaluation information into TCQM

Create a quality report for this course and attach it to the course paperwork

Create a quality report for staff members for recertification or audit purposes
