What is the Training Center Suite ® (TCM) ? |

Training Center Suite® is a complete package of applications to run a completely run a training center. Based around the Training Center Manager® application, TC Suite adds applications to perform basic functions of running a training center:
- Complete course management via the included Training Center Manager program - Billing of clients - Purchases of supplies and expenses - Management of contracts and services - Management of instructors and their course evaluation scores - Management of students in long courses - Promoting training opportunities to clients - Creating transcripts for specific students - Recording messages for staff members |

| TC Suite has a variety of very helpful functions. It was designed by training center coordinators for training center coordinators. Here is a quick list of features: | ||||
| Billing Manager: TC Suite can generate invoices, log payments, create receipts, and run financial reports for your training center. You can track client payments, manage their credit line, and store their credit card numbers for future purchases. Reports allow you to see what clients are behind on payments with 0/30/60/90 days. You can do a sales analysis to see what products/services are generating the most sales, and run reports by client to see how much each customer is spending over a period of time. | ||||

Contract Manager: Track devices (such as AED's) and contracts that go along with them. Set up a contract with inspections, training sessions, and medical direction and Contract Manager will allow you to track them so you won't forget to perform them. You can also enter the expiration of AED electrodes, batteries, etc so Contract Manager will know to remind you before they expire. You can also run reports for a date range so that you can see what's coming due in the near future. |

Grade Book: If you run a longer course (EMT-Basic) that involves tracking attendance, averages of grades, and other course milestones, you'll love Grade Book. The TC Grade Book will take your TCM course, and set it up according to your specifications to track prerequisites, attendance at each session, written test score grades, completion of skills checks, and clinical landmarks such as IV sticks, intubations, and other skills performances. |

Message Manager: The Message Manager is helpful for for larger training centers with multiple staff managers. Message Manager will allow you to record incoming messages and assign them to a specific staff member to follow up on. Message Manager records the date and time of the message, the type of message, and the call back information so that the right person can follow up and return the call. |

Promotions Manager: Promotions Manager is a sales tool for tracking sales leads and mining TCM's data for new opportunities. The Promotions Manager can record information on a sales prospect, track contact with that prospect (sent proposal, waiting for approval, etc), and compile marketing lists from TCM data. You can mine TCM's records for every person who ever took EMT-Basic with you to send them information on EMT refreshers, or send out an email blast about a new CPR Barrier device to all your CPR students. You can also mine for client groups. Export a list of fitness centers and market your new AED to them, or compile a list of industrial clients to send information about a new OSHA program you're offering. |

Purchase Manager: Purchase Manager is a "Reverse Billing Manager" - instead of tracking your income, it tracks your expenses. Create purchase orders, log receipts of shipments of supplies, and record bills as paid. Create reports of expenses by date range and vendor types. Track business expenses such as parking costs, toll receipts, and other tax-relevant information. |

Quality Manager: Quality Manager is the most advanced dynamic instructor QA system available. Enter data from your course evaluations, and Quality Manager averages the scores and generates reports for the class. Enter specific student comments, and attribute them to a specific instructor at the class ("Steve was terrific!"). When you run a data-range report on a specific instructor, the comments attributed to that staff member are listed on the report, as well as the averages for all the courses the instructor taught in that date range. |

| Transcript Manager: Transcript Manager can search your TCM records for a specific name or license number, and generate a report of all the courses that student has taken with you. It allows you to set up accrediting bodies and to award CEU/CME hours for each program you run. | ||||

Training Center Suite® is sold as shareware - it costs you nothing to try it 45 times (You can boot the program 45 times. We estimate that this will last you 20-30 days. After this period, TC Suite stops functioning until you register it). Training Center Suite® is $449.95 - updates and technical support is usually billed at $99.00 per year. |
