What is the Training Center Suite with WebServices® ? |

Training Center Suite with Webservices® is a complete package of applications to run a completely run a training center. Based around the Training Center Suite® application, Webservices adds a webportal that allows for increased connectivity by instructors, clients, and students to the training center. Perform all the operations in TC Suite plus:
- On-line student registrations with immediate confirmation - On-line instructor self-assignments for instructors - Login for corporate clients with ability to see past and future programs - Student transcripts viewable by individuals on-line - instructors can enter course records on-line for synchronization with TCM with no data entry!

| TC Suite with WebServices has a variety of very helpful functions. It was designed by training center coordinators for training center coordinators. Here is a quick list of features: | |||
| Two-Click Synchronize: The Synchronizer tool sends up the data you entered in TCM, and sends down the data from the internet and updates your TCM program. Students that sign up on line now appear in your TCM course profile, just mark them PASS after the program and you're ready to generate their certificates without doing data entry on them (super-cool!) . New classes you entered into TCM will now be online for students to register, and clients will be able to see those projects in their corporate login. | |||

Instructor Sign-Up: You can give your trusted staff login information, and they can sign up to teach your courses on-line. You can open courses for as many instructors as you need and the Webservices allow only as much staff as you need to self-schedule to teach. This saves you hours of coordination and minimizes the time you spend on the phone. |

Student Login (Transcripts): A student who enters his/her last name and license/certification number will be able to see a transcript of all courses taken with your training center. This is particularly helpful for training centers that do Continuing Education programs for Nurses, EMT's, or other health professions. |

Instructor Course Data Entry: Instructors can enter course data into an on-line form that collects the date, location, and student info of people who took the course with them. On your next Synchronization, this course will now be available for a quick import into TCM, allowing you to generate certificates. This allows you to generate cards without ever doing the data entry for the instructor. This is especially helpful for AHA CTC's that routinely receive rosters from affiliated instructors and have to generate their cards. |

Client Portal: You can assign a login to your corporate or group clients and they will be able to see previous and future programs they have scheduled with you. They can print rosters from previous sessions, or schedule individuals for future programs. This gives your corporate consumer the feeling they are dealing with a highly sophisticated and professional outfit, and can enhance your ability to sell programs to high-end consumers. |

Other Features: Webservices has many other features that are highly specific to running a training center such as:
- Email notifications to the Training Center administrator whenever students or instructors sign up on-line - Customizable confirmation messages, pre-requisites, payment options, and survey questions for each course - Printable enrollment lists for courses listed online - List open-to-the-public courses on the web, but hide private courses so students don't register for them - Sort courses by type (CPR, Safety, RN Continuing Education, Instructor Courses, etc) to appeal to a specific audience - Link to one specific course type by URL (so you can direct students from your CPR page to just the CPR courses and not the rest of what you offer).

Training Center Suite with WebServices® costs $50 per month. Included is TCM, TC Suite, and the WebServices portal as described above. It must be set up on a server, and it requires a 12 month commitment. There is no upfront cost for TC Suite with Webservices. |
